Josh Shinabarger

Broker/Realtor | Years: 5 | Phone: (509) 420-3530

Joshua grew up in the Tri-Cities, and after spending the last 10 years in Minnesota and Denver, he is glad to be back home. He got his Broker’s License in order to join his father, Dave Shinabarger, in the family trade. With a degree in psychology and extensive post-grad work in counseling, he prefers to think of himself in the relationship business and not the buying and selling of homes. By getting to know his clients, Joshua can best meet their housing needs. Integrity, competence, and relationships are the values he focuses his business around. In addition to people and real estate, Joshua’s interests include mountain biking, which he fell in love with during his time in Denver, and trying out local restaurants and craft beers.

Broker/Realtor | Years: 2 | Phone: (509) 308-1333

Jake Shupe is a native of the Tri-Cities, having spent every year of his life here, other than a few years spent in Spokane at Bible College. He considers himself a professional in the people industry. After 15 years in youth ministry, he and his wife, Michelle, purchased Barracuda Coffee in Richland. It was a nice segue within the people industry. Jake stumbled into sales, spending a year in car sales, all the while thinking how much of a blessing it would be to help people fulfill their dream of buying a home for their family. Little did he know that just a couple of years later he would have that privilege. He’s honored to be a part of the Shinabarger Team at HomeSmart Elite Brokers. Jake met Dave Shinabarger through the coffee shop and the two have formed a lifelong friendship. He looks forward to serving you and helping you navigate the complex world of selling your home, and to fulfill your dream of home ownership.

Alma Nelson

Alma is originally from California and has spent the last 29 years in Southeast Washington. She appreciates living life in the Tri-Cities with its beauty, culture, and amazing restaurants. She takes great joy in watching her two wonderful children and granddaughter grow up before her eyes and am amazed at how fast that happens! Along with her family, her faith is especially important to her. Her husband and her spend a lot of our leisure time supporting our church, our community, and two non-profits that have a deep connection to the people of Haiti who hold a special place in their hearts. If she is not participating there, you can find her being awesome. She values honesty and transparency while striving to be a difference-maker in the life of each person she gets to meet and help along the way. Alma believes that caring is an act of selflessness and that choosing to do good for others is not a job, it is a privilege. Serving others also taught her the value of hard work, diligence, and integrity which she continues to apply to all aspects of her life. She has spent her career serving others in the medical field and she is now blessed to be able to find people their dream home in beautiful Eastern Washington. She ensures her clients’ satisfaction with thorough practices, excellent customer service, and a hard work ethic. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.
